May the Fourth be with you

On Saturday, May 4th, I’ll have the pleasure of being in person with improvisers from across four communities. In a group chat, we collaboratively created the title GNATA festival (Not A Festival):

The GNATA Festival is a two-day improv meet up for friends and colleagues from the states of New York and Rhode Island with a team from Ottawa, too! Schenectady (MopCo) is trying to wrestle their trophy back! JOIN US!

Pretend the text is scrolling up your screen

Hosted by the Oakville Improv Theatre Company, there will be some Maestro Impro©, TheatreSportsTM, and hang out time together! I’m pleased as punch to meet new acquaintances and to reconnect with friends from a long long time ago, in a city (now) far far away!

On Wednesday, May 8, Midweek Late Night Show returns. Hosted by comedian Kelly Zemnickis, each show features a quick interview, trivia, and musical interludes by yours truly

The WordPlay Jamnasium hits the Friday night spot starting May 10. Come gym, come jam, open to improvisers at all experience levels

On Friday, May 24, I’m facilitating my musical improv workshops – Express Studio I and Studio II (featuring a musical director) and then joining the fun at the last Jam Nation of the season!

Sneaky me adding in a June event… I couldn’t wait to revive my Toronto show format with Pirate Life. Start your Summer with the Ottawa Comedy Cabaret Cruise!

Wishing you all a merry May the Fourth Be With You, and other joyful wishes
