Harbinger

An improv experiment where “the end is just the beginning”

I love improv games, dramatic improv, and being silly. Since I have the venue space, I figured why not embrace the “start before you’re ready” philosophy that improvisation thrives upon?

I’d contemplated submitting a new form to Fresh Meat Festival. It was based on the word Harbinger — foreboding prophet. While there will be a hint of that tonight, I also want to stay playful

Here is what I shared with those who signed up already:

Harbinger blends my desire to see more all community game shows in Ottawa with my interest in introducing the theatrical and dramatic styles of improv. Oh, and my penchant for silly competition. 

Compete as a team with your besties or new friends... "the end is just the beginning of the fun"

Acknowledgement: many people on our planet live in a hellscape. We will mindfully explore the four horsemen they encounter daily
